About Us

We are a welcoming, friendly group who initially got together in the early 90’s with a common interest in UFO and paranormal subjects – hence the name!

Over the years we have attended many cases of reported unusual phenomena including hauntings.

Our aim is to provide a space in which people who have or are experiencing paranormal or unexplained phenomena can feel safe to share their stories with like-minded people.

We have well known authors and bloggers in our group who have dedicated their lives to researching such interesting subjects.

Of course, thanks to lockdown, we could only meet via Zoom. That made us realise how important it is to have actual contact with each other. So, as soon as we could, we re-instated the monthly meetings at which we always (except for the Christmas party!) have a speaker.

So far we’ve had a wonderfully diverse selection of speakers – covering such topics as Ley Lines, Egyptian Queens, Witchcraft and, of course, UFO’s.

Sometimes we jump into the rabbit hole and have an extra evening with speakers who have knowledge of current global situations. Keep an eye out for these on here and on our Facebook page – Essex UFO and Paranormal Group.
